2.1 Account & Identity Information
- Apple ID identifier (when you sign in with Apple) and the user identifier returned by Apple
- Google account identifier (when you sign in with Google) and basic profile fields (email, display name, profile picture) returned by Google
- Email address you provide for sign-up, account recovery, or support
- Display name, avatar, and language preference
- Profile avatars you choose to upload; avatars may contain visible facial information and are used only to display your account profile
- Device identifier we generate locally (a random, non-resettable token used to detect first-launch fraud and link guest sessions)
- Authentication session tokens we issue to keep you signed in
2.2 Content You Create
- Photos, images, and other media you upload as inputs for AI generation
- Text prompts, captions, scenario selections, and template configurations you provide
- AI-generated videos produced from your inputs
- Drafts, sessions, and "works" stored in your library
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and consents required to upload any content, including images of identifiable persons.
2.3 Face Data / Facial Information in Uploaded Media
Some OléGol templates ask you to upload a portrait, selfie, photo, image, or video so the Service can create an AI football-themed video. If the media you choose to upload contains a face, we collect the visible face data contained in that media only because you intentionally provide it for that generation request.
If you upload an account avatar or profile picture that contains a face, we process the visible facial information in that avatar only to store and display your account profile. Avatar images are not used for AI generation, face recognition, biometric identification, advertising, tracking, or unrelated model training.
You provide face data through the App's photo picker, camera capture flow, upload field, or a support message if you choose to send us media for troubleshooting. We do not scan your photo library in the background, and we do not collect face data from photos or videos that you do not choose to upload or send.
For this policy, "face data" or "facial information" means the visible facial appearance and likeness cues in the uploaded media, such as face shape, hairstyle or hairline, skin tone or texture, expression, pose, and other visual features that appear in an account avatar or are needed to preserve the person's appearance in the requested AI output.
We do not collect, access, create, or store Face ID data, TrueDepth camera data, ARKit face geometry, depth maps, face meshes, faceprints, facial-recognition templates, or biometric identifiers. We do not use face data to identify, authenticate, verify, track, profile, or recognize any person.
2.4 Purchase & Subscription Data
- Purchase events, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, original transaction identifiers, and purchase tokens received from the Apple App Store or Google Play
- Subscription status, renewal events, expiration, cancellation, refund, and revocation events received from Apple App Store Server Notifications or Google Play purchase notifications
- Internal credit balance, credit grants, deductions, freezes, refunds, and ledger entries
- We do not collect full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or your Apple ID password. All payment is handled by Apple or Google Play.
2.5 Device & Technical Data
- Device model, operating system version, system language, locale, and country/region code derived from device locale settings
- App version, build number, install source
- IP address, user agent, trace identifiers, client identifiers, and session identifiers used for authentication, rate limiting, abuse prevention, security logging, and diagnostics

- In-app events used for product analytics and abuse prevention
2.7 Attribution Data
- Install source, ad campaign, ad group, creative identifier, and click identifier supplied by AppsFlyer when you install OléGol after seeing an ad
- Product-interaction events, subscription purchase / refund events, product identifiers, order identifiers, revenue amount, and currency used for campaign-performance measurement
- On iOS, if you grant permission through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, we may use AppsFlyer's standard attribution identifiers and user-level campaign reporting. If ATT is denied or restricted, we do not access the IDFA, instruct AppsFlyer not to collect the IDFV, do not set an AppsFlyer customer user ID, do not send the AppsFlyer device ID to our backend, do not include user, session, order, click, or email identifiers in AppsFlyer in-app events, and do not use AppsFlyer server-to-server purchase attribution. We do not perform user-level cross-app tracking in this state. The AppsFlyer SDK may still process limited app-event and network-level technical data for privacy-preserving aggregate measurement through Apple SKAdNetwork, Google on-device measurement, and AppsFlyer aggregate reporting. This aggregate measurement does not affect access to App features.
2.8 Support Communications
- Any information you send us by email or in-app feedback channels, including the content of your messages and the email address you write from.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Preserve the visible appearance of the person in the selected template
- Perform safety, abuse-prevention, and content-policy checks
- Troubleshoot a generation or support request if you contact us about that media
We do not use face data for advertising, tracking, cross-context behavioral advertising, unrelated model training, identity verification, biometric identification, or creating a searchable face database.
4. AI-Generated Content
OléGol uses our generation backend and selected third-party AI model providers to generate videos from your inputs. To deliver a generation:
- Your prompts, uploaded photos or videos, and template settings are transmitted to our generation backend operated by Beijing Lingxi DeepMind Technology Co., Ltd. and, depending on the selected template, to the third-party AI model providers used for that template.
- Third-party AI model providers may include OpenAI (`gpt-image-2`), ByteDance Seedance (`seedance-2.0-fast-multi-rh`, `seedance-2.0-multi-rh`), Kuaishou Kling AI (`kling-v2-6`), and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / HappyHorse (`rh-happyhorse-1.0`, `rh-happyhorse-1.0-r2v`).
- If your uploaded media contains face data, that face data is processed only as part of the media file needed to generate the requested output and to preserve visible likeness consistency in that output.
- Inputs may be temporarily processed by the listed third-party AI model providers for the sole purpose of producing your requested output. Outputs are returned to your account.
- We do not knowingly use your uploads to train foundation models that are unrelated to your generation request.
- We do not share face data with advertising networks, attribution providers, or analytics providers for advertising, tracking, or profiling.
- AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or visually similar to outputs produced for other users. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before downloading or sharing them. Do not represent AI-generated content as authentic footage of real events, real statements, or real endorsements.
5. How We Share Information
We share personal information only with the recipients listed below, only as necessary for the purposes described in Section 3, and under contracts requiring them to use the information solely for OléGol-related purposes. 6. Where We Store Your Data and International Transfers
OléGol's primary servers, databases, and object storage are located in mainland China (Beijing region), operated by Tencent Cloud and by Beijing Lingxi DeepMind Technology Co., Ltd. Face-containing uploaded media, when you choose to provide it, is stored with the rest of your uploaded media in those systems. The AI model inference described in Section 4 is performed in mainland China and, for some models, in the model provider's region. Apple, Google, AppsFlyer, and Sentry process limited information on servers in their own regions as listed in Section 5.
If you use OléGol from outside mainland China, your personal information will be transferred to and processed in mainland China. By creating an account and using the Service you consent to this transfer.
We use the following safeguards for cross-border transfers:
- We rely on the legal bases under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) Article 38, including processing necessary to perform the contract you have with us.
- Where you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, our legal basis for the transfer is your explicit consent under GDPR / UK GDPR Article 49(1)(a), recognizing that mainland China has not received an adequacy decision and that the level of data protection there may differ from that in your home jurisdiction.
- We protect data in transit with HTTPS/TLS and at rest with encryption for credentials and purchase records.
- We require recipients to use the data only for OléGol-related purposes.
You may withdraw your consent to the cross-border transfer at any time by deleting your account (Section 9). After deletion we can no longer provide the Service to you.
6A. Regional Rights
The rights described in Section 8 apply globally. Depending on where you live, you may also have the following additional rights. To exercise them, contact liuchunxu@miaoboai.com from the email associated with your account; we will respond within the deadline required by your local law (typically 30 days; 45 days in some jurisdictions).

> Me → Settings → Delete account
You can also email liuchunxu@miaoboai.com from your registered email address to request deletion. Detailed instructions are available at https://api-mini.clipclap.net.cn/mobile/delete-account.
Account deletion deletes your account profile, avatar, uploaded media that contains face data, and generated works associated with your account, subject only to the short CDN cache period and legally required records described in Section 7. We do not retain a standalone face template or biometric identifier after deletion because we do not create one.
If you have an active Apple or Google Play subscription, please cancel it through the applicable store settings before deleting your account. Deleting your OléGol account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
10. Children
OléGol is not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required to consent in your country (16 in many parts of the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact liuchunxu@miaoboai.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS for transit, encryption at rest for purchases and credentials, isolated storage buckets per environment, advisory locks against race conditions during account merges, and store-side signature verification for purchases. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or via email before they take effect, and the "Effective date" at the top will be updated. Continued use of OléGol after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
